These terms govern access to and use of the public site getcasi.com and the resources published on it. Use of CASI's private products (e.g. app.getcasi.com) is governed by separate service agreements.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue browsing.

You may consult the site's content for personal or business informational purposes. The following is prohibited:

• Accessing the site through automated means that evade usage limits.
• Attempting to access non-public areas or breach security measures.
• Using the content to train AI models without prior written authorization.
• Reproducing the trademarks, logos, or source code of the site without authorization.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru, unless a mandatory provision states otherwise.
